Kerri Priddle was born and raised in Saskatchewan. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Regina in 1998 and her Law Degree at the University of Saskatchewan in 2001. Prior to joining Chahal Priddle LLP, Kerri worked as a litigation lawyer with boutique personal injury firms in Vancouver and Victoria, appearing regularly in the BC Supreme Court and the BC Court of Appeal. She joined Chahal Priddle LLP in 2010.
Kerri Priddle advises individuals and corporate clients on personal injury, real estate, wills and estates, and corporate/commercial matters. She has acted as counsel in complex personal injury matters, dealing with traumatic brain and spinal cord injury, soft tissue and orthopaedic injuries, catastrophic losses, medical and employment losses. She has experience providing strategic advice regarding estate planning and real estate issues. Kerri has also assisted clients in mediations and negotiations, and regularly participates in seminars relating to tactical issues in litigation, such as trial strategies, expert medical opinion evidence, cross examination techniques and the preparation of witnesses.
Kerri is a current member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, the Kamloops Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association. In her free time, Kerri enjoys playing soccer, ice hockey, golf and mountain biking. Now that she has moved to Kamloops, she is learning to ski at the local ski hills and regularly attends Blazers games to cheer for the home team.
